How We Deliver

All Elba Luxe flooring orders are carefully packaged and dispatched via a tracked courier service. Flooring is a heavy, bulky product and we take care to ensure every order is properly protected for transit — so what arrives at your door is in the same condition it left our warehouse.

Once your order has been dispatched you'll receive an email with your tracking information so you can follow your delivery every step of the way. Most orders arrive within 2 to 5 working days of dispatch, though delivery times may vary depending on your location.

Delivery Costs

We offer free standard delivery on all orders over a qualifying amount to mainland UK addresses. For smaller orders, a standard delivery charge will be calculated at checkout based on the size and weight of your order.

If you're ordering to a Scottish Highland, island, or Northern Ireland address, please be aware that an additional surcharge may apply. This will be clearly shown at checkout before you complete your purchase.

Receiving Your Order

Flooring is delivered on a kerbside basis, meaning the courier will deliver to the nearest accessible point at your address. We'd recommend having someone available to help move the order inside on the day of delivery.

Please inspect your order carefully upon arrival and before signing for it. If any packaging appears damaged, please make a note of this with the courier and contact us at
