You have 30 days from the date of delivery to request a return.
Condition
Resaleable
Items must be returned in their original, unopened packaging in resaleable condition.
Refund
4–5 Business Days
Refunds are processed within 4 to 5 business days of us receiving your return.
How to Return Your Order
- Email us at sales@elbaluxeflooring.co.uk within 30 days of receiving your order. Please include your order number and the reason for your return and we'll get back to you promptly with instructions.
- Package your items securely in their original packaging, ensuring everything is in resaleable condition. We recommend using the original outer packaging where possible to protect the contents in transit.
- Send your return using a tracked courier service of your choice. Please retain your proof of postage until your refund has been processed. Return postage costs are the responsibility of the customer.
- Once we receive your return and confirm the items are in resaleable condition, we'll process your refund within 4 to 5 business days. You'll receive a confirmation email once your refund has been issued.
